I’ve been going here since 2016 and they are beyond reliable. They get you in and out with a good quality manicure/pedicure. The prices are consistent and they treat you very well.

Okay service during nail process. Nails turned out wrongly shaped, sticky with fingerprints and all over the side cuticles.

I got a mani-pedi gel polish and dip nails with Lydia. She did an amazing job and was very friendly and personable! I came in with dip nails from a previous salon I had gone to and they did not look the greatest. Lydia fixed me up and was super attentive to detail!

First time visiting this salon and I chose this shop because they always seem to be busy; so they must be good?? When I walked into this location for a pedicure the first impression wasn't good. The shop appeared to need some TLC on the interior and all of the tv screens were not working. There are a lot of chairs and I was directed to a chair in the area they were working. Five stars. The only place I go for nails in Louisville. Tom and Sam are phenomenal and always do an amazing job! Clean, friendly, zero wait times, excellent massage chairs, and sooo many colors to choose from. Can’t recommend enough.
