I want to take the opportunity to recommend CNC and to thank our Adjuster Jeremy Greenlee. We were sadly flooded twice with hurricane Helene and then two weeks later with hurricane Milton. The whole experience was very traumatic, but I can genuinely say that working with CNC and in particular our adjuster Jeremy Greenlee was a very smooth process. Our association is in the process of receiving the absolute WORST treatment I have seen over the past 5 hurricanes!!! CNC will ghost your calls. They have stalled and ignored our claim. They are not forthright and honest. The adjuster Jay, has been a disaster with our claim and lied about coverage. This is a game to CNC but not to me as President of the association or the owners. Hello public if an adjuster from cnc shows up to your property turn them away and call your insurance provider and ask them to send some other company out. This company doesn’t have any business being in business. They are rude and unprofessional!! They only have seven or eight desk adjusters that work for them.
Studying for my Louisiana IA license and ran across their podcast on YouTube. Such an amazing opportunity to get the POV of the “fly on the wall.” Thank you for this “window” into the reality of Insurance Adjusting!!!!
