Unhappy with the level of service from Olekssi
Not a good experience at all. When I first asked for a quote from Alex I never got any response. I had to chase him up. I went to see him a second time to talk about the design. I did not feel welcome at all, he was abrupt and made me feel like I was a nuisance, however his rough price was very competitive. When I received the quote, it was far more than the initial indication. About $1k more than what he had mentioned. I highly recommend CNC Plus. Vlad and Alex did an excellent job and were so easy to deal with them. We were pleasantly surprised with time frame, our kitchen was done on next day from place order.
