I love Dr K, but make sure you have EVERYTHING squared away before you leave. The phone number never gets you a receptionist, it gives you a full voicemail box. There must be a secret number to call. I have been having trouble w falling down for 2 months atleast at this point and I still haven't gotten my MRI w the hospital. Do you think his girls would call and check on me? NO! And I still have no appointment, and I still can't get thru at the office. The
Doc K is excellent, problem being I have been calling his office for weeks and no answer and voice mail is full.
Dr. Kesserwani is great, but just hope you don't have to interact with his staff at the front desk. The "lady" who schedules appointments called to reschedule my appointment, but when is showed up at my new appointment time was rude and had an attitude with me. I tried to explain the situation and was told to sit down and they would get to me when they got to me. Extremely rude!!! Then when I was leaving she was working the check out desk and refused to check me out. The check in lady had to do it.
Dr. K is a great Dr. Cares about his patients and don't give up til he knows what's wrong. I love him and his office staff.
