Rude. Like, beyond rude staff. I just walked in. The guests were empathetic and were greatly helpful. The staff refused to help me because they didn't have "enough" staff but they were extremely rude about it. They told me to Google another place so I came straight to Google to tell you to never go here.
Excellent service and friendly. The building is beautiful, well kept and very clean.
Not Professional as they DO NOT call you back as they told me that they would - after 3 DIFFERENT TIMES/DAYS that I physically went into their store! I've been waiting (not now) since 6-30-25 and they lied to me about calling me back when I went in there 3 different times to reschedule an appointment a WHOLE WEEK IN ADVANCE!!! The husband and wife team are too scared to hired any more staff because they were burned by previous employees. It's very simple Peter & Jessica, just DON'T GIVE them KEYS to your business doors!!
