What I needed when i needed it Was in and out in moments with the type of wheelchair I needed for a friend in need. The owner was terrific and very accomodating in a situation where we needed support for an out of the country staff member.
Apparently, nobody needs medical equipment on a Sunday I don't get it...you supply medical equipment, but not on the weekend. I'm visiting from out of state and it seems that Illinois makes it really hard for anyone disabled to get a wheelchair in this state!Why the hell would you not be available on the weekends?
Wonderful Equipment and Wonderful People This medical supply store goes beyond the call of duty. They are courteous, helpful and go the extra mile. When I ordered a hospital bed they came and opened the package, set it up, brought it upstairs and showed me all the bells and whistles When my husband's hospital bed didn't work, someone came right out and fixed it.
