Easy to apply, and extremely helpful staff!
I rented with CNC for about 5 years and had a great experience. I had to make a sudden move (for personal/safety reasons) and Tara was very compassionate/helpful during such a stressful period of my life. She took the time to make sure I knew all of my options before terminating my lease and even showed me other rentals, if i decided to stay in town. Maintenence was quick to respond to any requests I had. If I still lived in the area, I would definitely rent from them again :)
$40 a month for a cat? And a $200 fee? How dare you. I’ll never rent with anyone who uses animals as a money grab. My cat is my mental health. This new trend of pet rent is farcical.
I do not recommend this company they are predatory. After speaking with the leasing manager about my situation and my need for terminating my lease, I was offered no empathy, no understanding. Also while I was visiting family for the holiday, they offered to show my apartment to a potential renter which made me incredibly uncomfortable. They had my code and I was not present in my home.
