Edit: I messaged management to ask about charges and they ended up refunding me my money. Just make sure you have documentation of everything when you leave an apartment with them The management was rude during every maintenance discussion we had. I had to call the city because they refused to make it so the apartment was warm during the winter to the legal limit. After move out, they are trying to charge me $540 in damages that are not itemized or proven in any way.
I rented with CNC for about 5 years and had a great experience. I had to make a sudden move (for personal/safety reasons) and Tara was very compassionate/helpful during such a stressful period of my life. She took the time to make sure I knew all of my options before terminating my lease and even showed me other rentals, if i decided to stay in town. Maintenence was quick to respond to any requests I had. If I still lived in the area, I would definitely rent from them again :)
I have been a renter with cnc since 2019. And they have been amazing. Always so fast to help or fix any issues I am having and the staff is more like family to me! Always checking in to make sure everything is fine. Tara is absolutely amazing not only does she go above and beyond for her tenants she is just like family. My kids absolutely adore her. They exceeded my expectations. They care about me and my family's well being, and I'm very pleased to rent from them. Maintenance is always completed as soon as I need it, and the staff is very pleasant across the board. Cheers to stress free renting. Tara is amazing... She's professional and makes you feel like you're old friends.. definitely an asset to CNC property management.
I've been a tenant with CNC with 4 years now. My experience has been stellar. Tara, the property manager has been a pleasure to work with. The maintainence staff are very efficient and very clean. I recommend CNC Property Management very highly..... after a fire in my apartment, caused by a faulty dryer vent, and a non-contracted restoration company being allowed into my apartment without my permission. I would say do NOT sign a lease agreement. Read the reviews.
