I live in the neighborhood of all these facilities. It seems that individuals with mental health issues are allowed to wonder the streets and panhandle on a daily basis. They fairly look clean. And the houses are not kept up to par. This seems to be a terrible organization. The men's facility on 10th street looks terrible and those people that live there look like and act like bums. Please do not send your family into the care of this terrible organization.
