CNB is a true community bank. They put their customers' needs above anything else and they have lots of awesome products. I have a free checking account with them, I'm never surprised with sneaky fees (it refunds my ATM fees!) and it even earns me money back every month. The people who work there are approachable and they make you feel like they're happy to see you. Wouldn't bank anywhere else.
CNB is the best bank I have dealt with. I've been in business for 40 years and dealt with many over the years. The big banks only hnow you by a number. CNB in all branches know you and your face. It is like family. I tried to talk to John Battie of BB&T for over a year. I called his office 4 times a week about a bankrupty proceeding with no return calls. The poorest customer service I've ever met. I am not a customer with them and i stopped by to just change $20 bills into $100 bills. Not asking for your bank services but just that and i get this women that's telling me that i am not a customer and she can't help me..and leaves! Is this how you do business at CNB in Martinsburg WV? I don't know your policy about changing money, which is weird not to change the money..but why didn't you ask me if i want to become a customer so i can change my money?
