My truck broke down outside of Troy, Missouri. I was able to get my truck towed ( by Brian’s Towing Service) to CNB late at night. The next day I spoke with Mike and Fred. Mike explained exactly what had happened. He started looking for the parts to fix my truck. After much searching he was able to find the part. Mike, his brother and crew are the only ones who know my truck just as I well as I do. I trust their diagnosis and follow their recommendations for any work I may need for my vehicles.

I was in a real bind- my window rolled down and wouldn't come back up -and it was 34 degrees outside! I called and Mike told me to come right in. He was knowledgeable and let me know what type of problem it could be. Steve ran me home so that I could wait there. As soon as Mike had investigated the problem, he called me right away and had the part the next day. Steve came back to pick me up and the door to door service was greatly appreciated!
