They are rude and unprofessional, especially the OB doctor. Don’t use their pharmacy because they hardly answer the phone when contacting them about prescriptions.
The staff is super nice and helpful. I've never had an issue.
Love my Dr. Williams. She goes above and beyond to help me. Nicole helped me get renewed for another year on sliding scale fee. Very pleasant young lady. Miss. Sabrina is always helpful on my Dr. Visits. I enjoy chatting with her. Met Compliance Commission today. She wasn't very polite. Didn't like me taking Review. 🤦♀️ been coming here 14 years first time to meet this compliance woman. Always good visits here with these fine folks. Terrible place. They're in chaos every time I have gone there. Long, long wait times. Plus they have anti-vax nurses and I have left over 100 messages before when a nurse (Elsa) told me I had an adverse lab result that scared me badly and she would call me right back with a referral. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. No one called me back, ever. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EVEN EMAILS, I have tried. How anyone can even make an appointment there is beyond me. CNAHSI Huntsville has greatly improved! I just started coming here again. I used to come years ago and let me tell u it is way better now! ALL the workers are really nice and helpful. Ms. Moses really listened and covered everything I need to get done. They have a lab ( blood work) and x-ray and even chiropractor on site. So I got lots covered the other day all in one visit under one roof! Very happy. They r very good but a little short staffed so u gotta be patient. But they r good.
