If you pay on time, it is not a problem. However, if you're ever even a day late, they will call, email and text you at the same time. Actually, they start calling you the day of. They have harassed me so many times and are not accommodating at all. Worst company to get a loan from. Make a year a half of payments completely on time and ask for a extension for a week and am told “WE SUGGEST YOU EXHAUST ALL RESOURCES” as if they’re gonna come take my car the next day if I don’t? They are crooks don’t do it. I actually think that their goal is to repossess your car they can refinance it to someone else and do the same exact thing to them.
