I sent fourth a messenger to hand them a check for this by weekly payment and they kept that check and I have proof of delivery by text they kept his delivery receipt that I was supposed to get they mistreated him to this is spiritual war!
10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT FINANCE A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUDE AND MONEY HUNGRY MOTIVATED PEOPLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A -100000!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE WORSER THAN DEBT COLLECTORS. BEFORE THE DAY IS EVEN OVER THEY WILL CALL YOU MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGHOUT THE SAME DAY TO COLLECT PAYMENT AND IT BECOMES OVERBEARING!!! I did not know what I was getting myself into at 21 buying my 2013 Hyundai with decent credit. I’m now 25 and still owe on the car $9K when my car is worth Barely $3k. Had a recall they didn’t tell me about so when it broke down the dealership had it for a year. Call customer service and you might as well be talking to a robot because they give you vague answers and do not try to help at all. The only state what is in front of them. I would give this company zero stars or even negative zero. We have been longstanding customers going through really hard times like everybody else is. They refuse to work with you wanted to talk down to you belittle you and then ask you to go bum money from people. This company is BS do not use them.
