I have to concur with Teresa above. I have NEVER been more than 1 day late after 3 years of my loan and they still call every 20 min to harass you! They are very rude. I work in customer service and if I treated my customers like that, I wouldnt have a job! I would not recommend JD Byrider or CNAC to anybody! Thankfully my loan is almost PAID IN FULL!

I really dont care for these people. Theyre nice to your face when they try to sell you a vehicle, but if something happens and youre even 1 day late with your payment, theyre calling to threaten to repo it! And when you try to explain what happened, they dont want to work for you....in fact, they treat you like dirt!
