Hmm. They were nice enough. It's not clean in there though, walls, stations, and nail books were visibly dirty. Which made me wonder about how clean their equipment was. My nail tech was OK. She did well removing my ingrowns didn't hurt like previous techs. But She used a little 25 cent Emory board to file my toenails down. So one of my big toes are longer than the other. They are cheap, so in essence I feel like you get what you pay for. Next, please.
I got a gel full set with some beautiful nail art, and it's the best manicure I've ever had. The technician was a true artist and the results are stunning. The service was so professional and I felt so pampered. I've already recommended this place to all my friends.
My favorite salon in Lancaster. They never disappointed me. I can always walk in and they get me in fast. The staff is friendly and attentive.
i love this place. i personally have never had a bad experience in the times that i have gone but my mum was upset on this visit. :( there is an older gentleman there who wears glasses with a black mask. i paid for the 35$ pedicure treatment for my mum and me, i’m in the middle of mine having a blast and i look over to see that he’s already painting her nails. i haven’t even gotten mine painted, i’m still soaking. that was the quickest pedicure ever. he leaves and my mum looks visibly upset about the work. i peaked over, the... read more
Service is great, but the quality of gel is not, as much as the service can be good you’ll pay the extra for it to chip for no reason 2 days later, toes or hands. Has happened to me SEVERAL times yet because they’re so so nice you get to go back a couple days later/once a week? 🤔
