Exceptional customer service. Felt comfortable, they took their time and expertise was of no lack. I have gone to alot of nails salons here in Welland which there services was horrible but this one really did it for me. My feet were taken care off. They take pride in what they offer. No rush, you feel valued. Thank you guys do much. Highly recommended.
Best pedicures around. They really take the time to give you the perfect experience. They never make you feel rushed and they really listen to their customers.
I'm obsessed with them. I asked them for what I needed and they were basically like "say no more, fam" and saved my bacon. I wasn't looking for anything artistic (though I'm sure they could have provided that if that's what I wanted) - just the most muted-down sheer gel nude and overall tune-up I could get, and they nailed it (ha). Came in today for a nail removal after one of my nails was bumped and had lifted off at the back. That nail was bruised and sore and I had Tim for the removal service who was very gentle, removing all the nails very slowly as he noticed all of them were very thin and didn’t want to cause more damage. Considering he hadn’t caused the damage, I was very appreciative of his care!
