I have been dealing with CN Brown for the past 10 years. The staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Get attitude every time I try and order oil. Try and set up automatic delivery , tell me I can’t when I had one of there drivers telling me to make sure I call up and ask about it. Delivery drivers are always nice. It’s the office that’s lacking.
I've been with CN Brown for a number of years now and they've been wonderful. Having recently relocated we were in need of a second tank to accommodate our needs and our request was handled promptly and professionally. I was even called the next day as a follow up to see if I wanted to go ahead and fill each tank as we are heading into the heating season.
