Been a customer for about 4 years and I Have not been happy for awhile with cn brown. I recently have found a different oil company, had nothing but problems with their k1 and service, guy that delivers tho for them is great, is the only thing they have going for them!
I live in a two family CNN Brown use my account to fill up an oil tank for the second floor and I'm on the first floor. Now they're trying to charge me threaten me with interest rates. I've been using them for the Last 5 Years. I'm not one for changes but I've had a few incidents with them and I will no longer be using them.
They put paperwork on people for no trespassing and when Elaine was caught cheating on her husband with Tyler and Elaine allowing Tyler to do drugs in her car they completely ignored it when it was brought to there attention. . They allow their employees to do drugs on the premise I wouldn't recommend doing any business with them .Even management covers up for employees doing shady things there..My suggestion do business elsewhere that place is nothing but trouble and drama.. I have been a customer since I purchased my home 3.5 years ago. I have always had a great experience with the a very nice woman who worked there. Apparently she is no longer there & they’re under new management. I had a delivery scheduled and they rescheduled it without notifying me. They called and didn’t leave a message. And I came home to find that they didn’t fill my tank. I called several times yesterday before I got home to see why they called & didn’t not receive a call back.
