Surprise, surprise- CN Brown is at it again with their laughable service and delivery. We ordered oil 3 weeks ago, they said they would have it to us on the 12th. Okay fine. It’s winter, everybody wants oil. My boyfriend has to run to the gas station a few times to keep our house warm. Well, the 12th rolls around. We both just got done working a 13 hour work day outside in the cold, come home at 730 pm and what? No oil. Back to the gas station we go. Horrible experience with a fuel spill caused by negligence at my home , and nastiest disrespectful communication with the manager, denying responsibility! Hazardous situation ongoing at my home for over a year and a half; with no compensation from this company!
On my way back from gray. I stopped at the c.n.brown store in poland. Went to the cooler no 1 ltr. Raspberry iced tee. So I went to the next c.n brown store in oxford, again no raspberry iced tea. So I asked the clerk if they had any in the back cooler, he said probably but I have no one to go check. I politely said there is someone outside smoking and talking to someone.
