Terrible service and unacceptable customer care. I placed an order for film jackets on September 8 and my card was charged immediately. After waiting 11 days with no updates, I called for a status check-only to be told they don’t even have the item in stock. The agent I spoke with was rude, bored, and completely neglectful. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and actually hung up on me while I was explaining the issue. Extremely unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
