Dr Arden Cardone is very knowledgeable about all aspects of weight loss. She is warm and supportive. I wish I had this program years ago. Have lost 35 lbs and going strong. Best part of having a physician in charge is that she can monitor your blood and other functions so health is the focus and the bottom line. After about 3 days of beginning the program, my body adjusted. I have felt well the entire time (about 6 months). Continuing my journey happily.
