Everyone is so nice and counselors and psychiatrists are extremely helpful. I recommend this place to anyone
I absolutely despised every day I knew I’d have to walk in here. I went here for 5+ years, as I was kinda forced to at first because it was the only place that would see me as a minor. It’s a continuous, non-stop cycle of residents coming in and out, and no one takes adequate notes or documents the meds you’ve been on. Half the things THEY prescribed me they claimed I’ve never been on. Dr. Jafferany is terrible. Everyone here is friendly enough - but I never really felt seen, I felt like an amalgamation of symptoms, none of which had any real explanation or treatment - half of which were completely ignored, and I was told there was nothing they could do to help me...nothing quite like being a psych patient being asked to wait months between therapy sessions, not changing any meds when something isn't working, just continuing to up dosages - They gave me a will to live, and I hate them for it...a will to live isn't enough, you need t... read more
