The nurse Shelby is extremely unprofessional
Literal game of phone tag. Finally reached them and then was put on hold for over twenty minutes. After weeks of calling, I still never received an appointment. My doctor sent a referral here, going to have to ask for a different place.
Tried calling twice to make an appointment. Both times the receptionist was rude. I will look further for help. Thank you
While I’m sure there may be some good psychiatrists in this place, Dr Rao was NOT one of them. He was dismissive and refused to look into the things I asked him to. After having my first manic episode he told me I could not be bipolar and have ADHD at the same time. When I moved to a new psychiatrist, my quality of life instantly got better with a mood stabilizer.
