They suck!!!! Where should I begin. We bought this house at Sutton Ridge from people who had only owned it 3yrs. Built in 2021. The AC went out within 4mos. The ceiling has a crack in it all along the living room & kitchen where it seems that water is leaking in. MANY things were done cheaply...like all the staples sticking out on all the door frames!! Tried to just view a rental house from them and they had zero clue how to calculate income. I followed up with them several times and they never responded. I feel bad for the people who hired them because they are losing a ton of money every day that home sits on the market.
We will NEVER buy a home with this group again. We bought a new build home from this company at the very end of 2022 in hopes of it becoming our families first home to start in. After not even two years, our floors have sunk and warped, our supposedly brand new AC unit went out, and we have found many issues within the home. BUT it isn’t just us. If i can give zero stars i would. They are money hungry people. I purchased a home almost a yr ago. They do not want to fix things under warranty. They ignore calls, texts and emails. Whats the point of warranty if ya do not honor it. Maybe ya need to read the warranty binder ya provided . Horrible!!
