Sad seeing a manager, who worked for you, send an email out to your entire team and pretend she found them on trusted herd. When in fact, she got their emails from a work thread. Having a manager who lies & goes behind your back isn’t a good look for any company. Shady and wrong.
Until this week, I had nothing but glowing appreciation of CMT. Then I was introduced to Delia Cubero! Discovered my pay had been docked by $15, for two shifts. I’m having issues getting paid. I changed my bank info on the app and yet my payment was sent to an account that was closed a year ago. I’m not getting much help or an idea to when i will get paid. I was counting on this money to pay my car insurance. I’ve been out of work like many due to covid and was more than happy to start working again. I had worked for up to 18hrs plus 2 extra hours for gas reimbursement and I have not received payment for the events. After phone calls and several e mails still no response from the company.
Communication needs improvement. I've handled a number of mishaps professionally (once, my job assignment information was incorrect, and I was sent to the wrong location), but now I'm tired. Today, my agent rebooked another person for both of my shifts tomorrow. She had been texting my old phone number, and not getting through.
