I used CMS roofing on 2 separate occasions. The first time, everything was great. Great work, reasonable pricing. The second time was a bit different. I got a call about a bill due and about sevices rendered that I never scheduled to get done. Apparently the quote that was sent and accepted was there acknowledgement that they could come to my home and do the work whenever they were ready without any further communication. Mr. Curio ruined my siding installing it completely incorrectly. Has now filed a lien on my property. Will now face a lawsuit detailing these. This all because he likes to play bait and switch games. Mr. Curcio also has very poor interpersonal skills in my assessment.
Excellent work done installing gutters and replacing roof. I have recently contracted them for the third time.
CMS Roofing was less than professional when it came to communication. The owner Michael C****** was extremely rude to my elderly parents. When the work was completed and my parents had questions about the aesthetics, they told them after the fact that they did not do interior. We engaged in numerous exchanges of correspondences regarding the situation. They constantly called my parents and threatened them. CMS roofing was great from the beginning to the end. Everyone was very professional and treated us like family. CMS offered us 3 different options for our roofing needs and also helped us in acquiring our financing. I feel much better knowing I have a quality product on my home. Thank you Tony *****
