As an out of state owner, CMS and Alex have given me piece of mind in taking care of my property, finding qualified tenants, and marketing strategies. This year has been challenging in distributing the water bill equitably between two units and owner share, but has been resolved to my satisfaction. Next up in challenges is distributing the additional cost of trash service that has been added to my property tax bill, but should be distributed equally among tenants and owner. I sure as heck did NOT vote for this tax!
One of the best property management experiences I've had. Ben was super responsive (would always respond within minutes during working hours), and was quick to send help whenever something required a handyman/plumber. I did not have to pay anything out of pocket due to pre-negotiated arrangements CMS had with service providers. I lived in a unit managed by Ben and Rusty for 3 years and the only reason I left was to move in with my boyfriend. Whenever we had an issue no mater how small they responded immediately and took care of it within 2 days. I felt they went the extra mile to make sure their tenants were safe and happy. My husband and I have lived in a rental home managed by CMS for almost two years now and we are sad to leave! Rusty, Ben, and Alex have always responded quickly and brought solutions when we had trouble with appliances or needed repairs. Our rent was also more than reasonable for San Diego prices.
