Have used CMS on multiple occasions and for both new installations and repairs of plumbing and heating. Always professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommended them to anyone who is looking for a plumbing and heating company.
I contacted them and got a response. The next communication they didn't respond for 3 days. I finally got an appointment for 2 weeks out. The week of I contacted them on Monday through Wednesday and nothing. I left work early in Friday and waited for 2 hours. No one showed, no contact. Awful service, never been treated like this before. Wasted 2 weeks when I could have gotten someone else. Horrible company
