Chris did a great job with our toilet repair. He was punctual, and professional. Chris explained everything he did. Can't praise him enough. I would highly recommend him!
We have used CMS in two homes that we have owned and have always been pleased with their services. We most recently worked with CMS for some simple plumbing repairs as well as replacing our central AC system. CMS was easy to work with, communicated with us clearly, and did a thorough job. We highly recommend them.
My water heater was leaking from it's pressure relief valve. They came next day and Chris explained different courses of action (my water pressure is very high so the valve is likely doing its job). The techs were curious, neat and quick.
Chris from CMS did an amazing job installing our new kitchen faucet. He was super friendly and very professional. Most importantly I find CMS super transparent on their pricing and they are very honest. My hot water shutoff wasn't working post install (they warned this might happen) and they had proactively quoted the pricing for replacement. They didn't try to upsell and just focused on doing a quality install. We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend Chris and CMS!
