CMS,LLC is a great company. I think what confuses many people is that they are a wholesaler, not a broker for a policy. They work with insurance brokers ONLY to give your everyday retail broker access to various insurance markets. Yes, their name appears on peoples policies, but the people should always get in touch with their regular broker or insurance company, not CMS. Although we paid the premium up front and in full, in March of 21, the property was sold in June. We have requested a prorated reimbursement in August, which was never paid. It is now December 16, and still no check. They are scammers.,
