The amount of issues that I have read in the last 5 minutes about this company is ridiculous. I saw images from some of the worst foundation that is only 3 years old, multiple people who can barely open their doors in their houses(what if I kid was trying to get out during a fire), forgetting to put insulation in the attic(heating and cooling bills go up), floors being uneven do to joists splitting and bowing, wrong trim, crooked light switches, and another having sewer issues. I was approved for a construction loan. Was working with CMS. The sales agent misquoted me by $14,000. After that they apologized and offered a $2,000 credit. We went forward and then found out the sales agent had lied about inclusions with the package and was going yet again increase the cost. So we complained. Because we complained CMS decided they did not want to “deal with us” and told us they were not the builder for us”. They no longer wished to work with us.
