I had one staircase that creaked on every tread and a hallway floor that didn't match it. both were done together and they read as the same job now. CM'S Wood Stairs Railings & Flooring got the stain match exact across the two and that was the part I doubted
Loose treads on the staircase had been driving us mad for months and we had assumed the whole thing needed replacing. It didn't, and they said so rather than quietly taking the bigger job off us. Refixed, wedged and refinished, and the stairs are silent underfoot now.
Reached out after seeing their work at a friend's house. They came by to look at our stairs and floors, gave a clear breakdown of what they'd do and stuck to the schedule they laid out. The railing install and floor refinish both went smoothly and they kept me updated as things moved along. Really pleased with how the stairs came out.
I recommend these services to everyone
Got 3 quotes on new stair installs before settling on CM'S after comparing a few names in the Bridgeview area. They were the most patient explaining the options. Work matched the quote
