I had a problem with my garage door where one of the torsion springs on my garage door broke and the door stopped moving. I was lucky to get same-day service on my third call to this company. Within 3 hours a team of two technicians was ringing my doorbell. They examined my garage door and got to work right away. Both springs were replaced in about 45 minutes. He determined that we wouldn't be able to find parts for such an old motor & sent me a few models and gave me a few recommendations within a couple of hours he was at my place installing a new garage door opener.
