Not for beginners! There seems to be only one level of class to sign up for. Very fast paced and the teacher would frequently stop dancing to walk around so it was hard to follow. Not to mention someone was almost constantly filming the class for social media!

I have been doing Zumba for 15 years and Cathy's class is the BEST! A great work out and GREAT challenge to move my body like hers!
