I have been trying to reach here for the last 2 weeks ish. I have left several messages and called even more times. Not so much as a call bk !!
We started using CMS counseling sometime last year 2022. It was rough trying to get a good schedule going along with keeping up with payments as our insurance isn't accepted by everyone. Michelle was the first counselor we had see our daughter and they clicked well. We had an issue with communication mostly in terms of timely responses and trying to get through on the actual phone. I genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews this corporation receives. I had such an amazing experience here. Astraea Roberts is an intern here, completing her masters degree and is such a God sent!! Astraea welcomed me with loving arms and took me on as a new client and I was able to receive a session the very next day! She was so supportive and listened to every word I said.
