We paid $1000.00 to have our pavers restored. Six months later they looked terrible. Have been calling the company for 1 1/2 years with no response. They are not members of the BBB. So, a complaint there is not available. They have also changed their name to CMS Stone Restoration. This company is a scam

Well I went with CMS because he was cheap and the floor is in a rental. Didn’t do the cracks, some places it looks like it wasn’t even sealed. When I told him he missed cracks, he said he would come back. Never did. Spend some more money and get it done right.

We hired Craig Stout to clean and restore the Saltillo tile on our front porch and back patio. He assured us several times that it would be beautiful and it would look great when he was finished. He power washed our tile doing terrible damage to it and then proceeded to seal over the top of the damage. We were left with an array of splotchy, damaged and discolored tiles. It looks horrible! I hired Craig Stout to Strip and re-seal my Saltillo tile. He stripped the tile and did not let it dry before you apply the sealer. My patio now has white flaking spots all over where the sealeris coming off. I have tried to contact Mr. Stout by text and email and phone calls. He has not responded. I send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, they contacted him and he did not respond to them either. I wouldn’t hire this guy.

Craig Stout, owner of CMS Grout, Tile and Carpet Cleaning Services applied a paver sealer to our driveway, over a previously failed sealer done by another company. He assured us the pavers would look alot better. Upon leaving the job, he said he would come out and burnish them to remove a cloudy look. We have called him 5 times and sent numerous emails to him abut fixing this situation. He never returns the calls or e-mails. If you are looking for a shyster (professionally unscrupulous), Craig is your guy!
