They showed up late, hardly took any pictures. Never showed us or our realtor the appraisal report. If you are selling a house do not let the buyer use this appraisal company. Unresponsive and unprofessional

Timothy P. Eck of CMS Appraisals is the worst appraiser around! He was hired by Appraisal Links (Hazlet, NJ) and through the lender, Greentree Mortgage (Philly location). Timothy P. Eck was given solo access to the home (which had security cameras) and he literally spent 5 minutes whizzing around, without even turning the lights on. It's a completely remodeled 2260 sqft, 2 story row with finished basement, a large yard with deck and all high end upgrades. Two days later we were told verbally by the lender that Timothy P.
