Beth is very dishonest and unprofessional. Continues to lie and and ignores calls and messages
Beth is not very knowledgeable about the residential rules and codes. Not always honest seems like she is just looking for the sale
I would like to thank Steve Wilander for all his help and time , for helping us find our summer place in Duluth. He put in many hours from start to finish. With us being home based in Fl, he made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. We had the pleasure of working with CMRA in a few different ways. First we worked through them to lease a building for our new growing business. Beth and the whole team were very helpful. We then had the opportunity to buy the same building through CMRA. We will definitely keep them in mind next time we purchase a property!!!!
