I had an excellent experience with the owner who performed the service himself. They were assigned to me through a home warranty company and I received a call confirming the appointment first thing the morning after my call. They arrived within the time window outlined and I received a text with notification that they were on the way and which gave me the ability to track them. The service was quick, efficient, and courteous. I immediately noticed that the problem was resolved. I highly recommend CMR Ventures.
I made an appointment thru my home warranty for a Hvac tune up. I requested an appt. in the afternoon, they said that would take a week or so but that they could do it. I would get a call on the friday before the appt to confirm. NO call or email. 4 attempts to contact by phone, no answer! Left messages everytime. They no showed without a call or email. Do not use this company. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Not only did they text only 10 minutes before arriving (with no call or anything beforehand). I didn't even know that they were coming today. The technician that came to our home cussed my husband out when asked if he could wear a mask and take his shoes off or wear shoe covers in our home. My Home Warranty company assigned CMR for repair of my HVAC unit as it stopped cooling my Rental Property. They came and said that unit is low on Freon and charged me $ 300 to top of the unit. This did not help and second time they said it need TXV to be replaced, when their is no TXV in my system and took 5 weeks to get the part. They tried to install TXV and found that they need Coil to be replaced, this took another 4 weeks and finally they said they installed the coil and did not install TXV.
