Andy and the team at CMR are simply excellent! They added air conditioning to our old house for the first time and I'm very happy with the result. I'm picky about my HVAC contractors. Some are just high-pressure salesmen, most don't pay attention to the details, and almost none of them understand the building science that goes into creating a comfortable house. CMR came yesterday and upgraded my 15 year old Daikin to a new Mitsubishi. The two installers were great, the installation is beautiful. They were done in 6 hours. IMO this is a professional, ethical company - strong recommend. Yes, their quote was a bit higher than the off brand I never hear of from another company with worse ratings was going to install. That would have been penny wise, pound foolish! Mitsu and Diakin are it, the rest are the also rans as far as mini splits go :)
I highly recommend CMR Mechanical. We recently got the Mitsubishi mini split air conditioning in four zones. Andy and his team did such a great job! They are all so friendly and their aftercare service was also great. Andy even helped me with the Ann Arbor rebate application. The A/C has been working great and we are loving it! Thank you so much and we will definitely ask for other services if needed in the future.
My A/C stopped working and I was very pleased with CMR and what they did to fix it. Very thorough, professional and explained everything. Highly recommend!
