Excellent service. Work was done efficiently and problem was resolved. This was my first time using CMR and I will continue to use them in the future for servicing our home boiler system.
Just wanted to take a minute and say thank you for the great service CMR provided to us today. We had a no heat situation with our boiler with single digit temperatures looming for that evening. We had contacted three other organizations and the soonest anyone could provide service was the next morning. We called CMR, and within 45 minutes of the call a technician was at our door. We had an issue with our furnace not holding temperature and called and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Mike the technician was very thorough, professional and courteous. We have used CMR over the years for maintenance and we will continue to do so I highly recommend them.
Late last year (Dec 2025), our home furnace was having issues heating. I was traveling for work and my wife called them to come out to investigate the problem. They were able to identify the issue and get the heat back up and running for us! There were some small additional fixes and instructions provided for me to address once I returned from my trip. Rich Perkins was the tech that came out & got our furnace working again on this 20° morning. He was so pleasant & professional. He thoroughly explained what the issue was & how he fixed it. He was also so patient with our dog who decided Rich was his new best friend. Will definitely use again for future HVAC issues.
