Lady at front desk was extremely nice wen my wife called to ask a general question before coming in
Had an appointment at 9:50. I was asked to come in at 9:35. After arriving and checking in, I received an alert confirmation that my appointment was scheduled for 10:15. A change they made internally while checking me in. In 1 hour of being here, only 2 people have been called back. The waiting room is very small. Front desk receptionist checking us in was coughing a lot. The staff walking around seem irritated and bored out of their minds with zero energy to do their job. 1st and last time I’d come to this place.
Dr. Klug is a wonderful doctor . He listened to my chief of complaint and made sure I was accommodated. I’m glad this urgent care takes my insurance
Walked in and out with a quickness but felt VERY taken care of. I called everywhere and was constantly told 1hr wait , or turned away. The lady with blonde curly hair greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel very welcomed. The medical assistant was very friendly and noticed the book I was reading and gave her input. The PA Bill, was very nice. Took care of me very well. Would 100% recommend
