I have been coming to the practice for +10 years and will be changing practices as of today. At my most recent appointment I was asked to leave mid cleaning because “I had no insurance”. I asked the receptionist if she double checked with my new married name and she confirmed that there is no record of me having insurance and verified she looked me up through DOB. I had a great first appointment today. Everything went to plan and my hygienist was lovely. It was just a shame that we had to wait 6 months to these appointments. But now my 2 teen and us have had our first appointments we were able to get our 6 month follow up appts easily.
