Everyone was very nice. The physical place needed paint and some updating.
REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. Horrible front desk. So much paperwork red tape in a hostel office environment. They just act patronizing. The electronic system for the forms is glitchy, slow, and aggravating. Paper copies of waiver forms at the office would be a HUGE UPGRADE. Maybe some kindness.
My appointment was the best part of my day.
