BEWARE the billing process. AFTER surgery, I was TOLD a $200 payment WAS EXPECTED at my first check-up. That was BEFORE my insurance was billed. I proceeded to pay $100 per month, EVERY month, thereafter. Four months later, they STILL sent me to a debt collection agency having only three months left to pay! Unfortunately, my doctor/surgeon was an angel. However, I CANNOT recommend this facility. It's billing practices are reprehensible.
The staff and physicians are excellent!! I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone requiring a outpatient surgery.
I do NOT reccommend this establishment. I would not let my dog have surgery here. The people are not very nice and obviously care nothing for their patients.
