I live there for 7 years and I never had a problem until New Management took over and started claiming that I owed them 5000. Chris O'Neill claim that the previous management had sent over the balance, stating that that was for Missed rent. I set up a meeting with her and her husband and went over the receipts cuz I have copies of everything. they try to discredit my receipts and my money orders.she told me that I needed to show proof that they had cashed the money orders. I can honestly say while living there, I had no issues. But now I do. I moved out Nov. 30th & I still haven’t received my security deposit back. Kris O’Neal claims it was sent out on Dec. 6th & it apparently got lost in the mail. It is now January 3rd & I still haven’t received the reissued check. She’s clearly giving me the runaround & trying to scam me out of my money. Very unprofessional.
