Booked an appointment for bloodwork online the day before & I get there & wait outside then when I get in the building I ask how much longer will I have to wait since my appointment was 20 minutes ago & the staff says "Well we are short staffed" This isn't acceptable considering she should not share that with me as it made me even madder! Also you should have enough staff to accommodate the appointments you book as it defeats the point of an appointment if you're not going to have enough staff! Also
They close at 2pm! Google says that they are open until 5pm and even their voicemail says that they are open til 5pm Monday to Thursday. They have so many pages stuck to their front door it is difficult to notice a sign with their hours saying that they close at 2pm everyday!
The clinic is closed till further notice so I believe the hours should be adjusted to reflect this situation. I am not the only one who has come here thinking I will be seen.
Had a great experience getting blood work done here- didn’t have to wait too long, staff were very caring and professional.
