The level of professionalism at the Savin hill property against the African American community is terrible, The property manager there is beyond terrible. She unfit for her job. To actually assist elderly and disabled residents, THE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING TO NOT Gossip about RESIDENTS SITUATIONS, THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO HAVE EMPATHY FOR RESIDENTS ESPECIALLY IN VERY SENSITIVE SITUATIONS. And NOT LIST DETAILS OF HIGHLY SENSITIVE. SITUATIONS
When you have a problem with a resident the management tells you work it out My fiance and I have been here for a year and we are having a issue with a neighbor they made lies about us turned the fact around blaming us when it was actually the other resident because of his lies they want to evict us we would never do what we were accused of NEVER the other neighbor threatened us we didn’t threaten them
Wrote letter to landlord saying we were moving as of Nov 1st,even dropped our keys to their office,now they emailed us saying we have not paid the rent for November after 10 days of moving out of our old residence! Never had response from land lord! My husband has health issues and we needed this move not the STRESS!
