Friendly and fast. Very calm atmosphere and the staff is very professional
I came for an MRI. The place was clean. Everything went according to schedule. I was asked to wait for the cd to be prepared for the dr. I was given a CD for my doctor to have a look. I took it to my doctor who informed me that there was no data on the cd and it was blank. Now I can’t comprehend how this can happen?
I had a really frustrating experience with this MRI facility. I called ahead to confirm they had appointments available today. The front desk assured me that they did, but I would need to call my insurance to change the authorization to their location. Fine, I thought—it was a bit of a hassle, but no big deal. It took me over an hour to get the authorization sorted with my insurance, but I finally managed to get everything done.
