Intrepid Place (CMHA main floor) gets 5 stars, CMHA (upstairs) in the library building location would only get 2 stars. I have two separate reviews under this category. CMHA upstairs Over the past years services have not been consistent, limited, not all staff were friendly and some very unhelpful, and had led me to contact CMHA in another town. Had to wait almost 2 years still not on the right meds now I have to go through the whole process again thanks for nothing this place is a joke very disappointed I hope if you go you have better luck then me

Be careful coming here for mental help. In my experience I had a good therapist at the start and this lady was amazing and helping me get along a lot better. She ended up getting a better job, in turn got stuck with a horrible therapist after. He barely talked and tired to get me to do things that had nothing to do with therapy. He ended up ignoring me every time a came in and would lie to the receptionist saying he’s not there. Wouldn’t recommend unless you got no choice
