I don't know who it is that I keep getting on the phone but she's got a smart mouth! Wish there was someone else to talk to. You know, the website says to call if you have any questions, but when you do call, your questions aren't answered and all you get is attitude.
I am trying to receive some help. I am currently a Section 8 voucher holder. I have secured a property to move to. I did not know that section 8 would take past 30 days to approve my package. This creates another problem..... it makes me ineligible for the property that I'm applying for, and all others as well. I find 30+ days unexceptable for a family trying to find suitable housing. I moved into my apartment at the end of April. And although I have a new lease with a new apartment building, section 8 sent the rent payment to the old landlord.. Today is July 16th and there is still no new information. You go down there for them to tell you that there’s no one that can help!!
