Everyone who works there is rude and ghetto thinks they’re above and beyond everybody because they work there like it’s hard to get a job there to sit there behind a desk and talk to people and barely answer the phones. I was illegally evicted. My apartment failed The inspection. Was under abatement. They filled the EITC and HOME credit under me and my Grandchildren name and Social security number for over $90,000 in 2022 and 2023. I was illegally evicted in 2023 in June and got a voucher 2 days later but with the new eviction on my record could not get housing end up losing my voucher. The people that work at this office are so rude and disrespectful. They are not helpful and talk to you like you are beneath them. Show some compassion and professionalism. Stop acting hood.
