CMH Urgent Care wouldn't answer their phone consistently when I had lingering questions about my treatment, of which their prescribed course could not be followed. Diagnosis effort was minimal. I am a 70 yo man, 1 year off heart bypass surgery who tested positive for covid and had serious symptoms beyond covid. I had to enter their lobby 4 times while covid positive to get a single basic question answered.
