Very impressed with staff and services at this location, and with CMH in general. TMI: as an aside, Nicole, a manager, was exceptionally patient and professional when taking my call (apx. Fall of 2025). An actual human being capable of listening, hearing, and using common sense. A real problem solver. Absolutely extraordinary. Thank you all!
Had a good talk with Nicole about my visit this year, and the changes they’ve made. I am overall very impressed!
I went in for severe stomach pain and vomiting. Put down a $300 deposit to be seen. I was a doctor for all of 30 seconds to be told they couldn’t give me care and I needed to go to the ER and then was charged almost $500, claiming they did vitals (they didn’t) and made a medical diagnosis (they didn’t). Absolute scam. I would never go there again. 30 seconds of “care” in which I received no care at all and $500 for that? They should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and just go to the ER.
CMH was friendly courteous caring prompt and professional! Beautiful office too!
